Introduction to the Somatic Enneagram: Free Webinars (March)

The Enneagram is a map that gives us detailed descriptions of how our patterns of thinking, feeling  and doing show up in nine different ways.  The body center is described in the three instinctual drives and the adaptive behaviors of each type.  In Marion Gilbert’s Somatic Enneagram work she introduces us to the missing piece of the Enneagram which are the underlying somatic patterns driving these adaptive behaviors. I have been a Somatic Enneagram practitioner for the past 4 years and recently certified with Marion.  I am excited to offer a free webinar introducing the three foundational principles of the Somatic Enneagram process and give you an opportunity to explore the body as a source of discovery using the felt sense lens of perception.
